机器采用优质型钢接焊而成，并经过时效热处理，使机器强度高，不变形，能承受高密度制品的膨胀力。
机器采用PLC全电脑触摸式显示荧屏控制，使机器的开模、合模、上料、加热、保温、真空、脱模顶出成品，实现全自化循环作业。
机器模腔表面采用特制铝合金主板，热传导效率高，抗拉强度好，寿命长。
机器采用高效率真空泵装置，穿透力强，粘接性好，用汽少，成型速度快，含水量低，能保证加厚泡塑板的内外一致性，生产效率成倍增长。
